Course Description

A general treatment of fluid dynamics at the advanced undergraduate/beginning graduate level will be given, with emphasis on general principles. Applications will be illustrated using examples from a broad range of disciplines, including astrophysics, biophysics, engineering, environmental science, meteorology, oceanography, plasma physics, space physics, and superfluids.
