Disease Ecology
Course Description
Infectious diseases are both a fundamental part of functioning ecosystems and a major symptom of their collapse. This course will cover foundations in disease ecology, infectious disease dynamics, and their interaction with environmental change using a mix of theory, foundational examples, and data analysis and modeling in R. Recommend completing: BIO 81 or HumBio 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B
