EPIDM-MS - Epidemiology and Clinical Research (MS)

The Epidemiology Masters (MS) aims to provide students with the skills to apply epidemiologic methods to real-world population health problems. The MS program provides a strong foundation in epidemiologic methods and their application.

By the end of their training, all students should be able to:

1. Interpret and critically evaluate published epidemiologic studies.

2. Select the most appropriate study design to address specific epidemiologic research questions and understand the strengths and limitations of various study designs.

3. Identify suitable statistical analyses for epidemiologic research questions and datasets, describe the strengths and limitations of these analyses, and accurately interpret research findings considering all potential sources of random and systematic error.
