Program Learning Outcomes
The department expects undergraduate minors in the program to be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes to a degree appropriate for a minor course of study:
Close reading skills of authentic texts in Italian.
The ability to develop effective and nuanced lines of interpretation.
Critical thinking skills using Italian literary materials, with attention to the presentation of ideas.
